When your AI agent handles calls, we may store call transcripts, summaries, caller phone numbers, call duration, action logs, and recordings (if enabled by you).

Knowledge Base Content

Content you upload to train your AI agent is processed and stored to enable responses during calls.

All audio streams are encrypted in transit using TLS/WSS. Call recordings and knowledge base content are encrypted at rest. We use JWT-based authentication and Twilio request validation.

You can configure automatic deletion or delete call records manually. You may delete your entire account upon request. We support GDPR-compliant data export and deletion.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics and essential cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies.
