1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Signudit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Signudit is a SaaS platform providing AI-powered voice agent services for businesses.

2. Description of Service

Signudit enables businesses to deploy AI voice agents on phone numbers. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered inbound and outbound call handling
  • Knowledge base management
  • Phone number provisioning via Twilio
  • Appointment booking, SMS, and data collection
  • Call transcription and analytics
  • Live call monitoring

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Billing and Payment

Signudit operates on a prepaid credit model with no subscriptions.

  • Maintain a positive credit balance for voice, SMS, and telephony
  • Credits deducted in real time (per-second billing for voice)
  • Add credit via Stripe at any time
  • Optional auto-recharge
  • Phone number rental fees deducted from balance monthly
  • Unused credit is refundable minus processing fees

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Make harassing, threatening, or fraudulent calls
  • Send unsolicited SMS messages (spam)
  • Violate applicable laws
  • Impersonate others without consent
  • Upload illegal or infringing content
  • Attempt to compromise the Service's security

6. Knowledge Base Content

You retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant Signudit a limited license to process and use it solely for powering your AI agent's responses.

7. Call Recording Consent

If you enable call recording, you are responsible for complying with all applicable recording laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses. Our total liability is limited to the credit paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, phone numbers are released, data is deleted per retention settings, and remaining credit is refunded minus fees.
